All photos from the moon were faked in studios on earth. The earliest ones were made with full scale models as were the videos of astronauts moving around.
Other photos used scale models and utilized the ScotchLite technique favored by Stanley Kubrick in 2002, a Space Odyssey.
This used a foreground shot of actors or models with a black background. A fake background was pasted on to complete the photo.
Looking back you can see this technique was limited in its quality.
Every photo has a line delineating the foreground from the background and the background is crude in texture compared to the foreground
